We're glad you became our customer - if for any reason our product didn't meet your expectations, you have 2 options to choose from.
EXCHANGE
If the product you purchased is the wrong size or you decided on a different model, you can easily exchange it.
• You have 14 days from the date of receiving your package to exchange the purchased product if it is in the wrong size or if you have decided on a different model.
• Please inform us about it via email, providing your order number and information on what you would like to exchange.
• Fill out the exchange form included in the package.
• Send your order back to us, along with the receipt and signed exchange form.
• As soon as we receive the package, we will promptly send you a new package with the correct product.
RETURN
If you changed your mind and do not want to keep the product purchased from us, you can easily return it.
• You have 14 days from the date of receiving the package to make a return.
• Inform us by email, providing the order number.
• Fill in the return form included in the package.
• Send back your order along with the receipt and the signed form.
• We will process the refund within 14 days from the day we receive the returned package.
Remember to send the product back to us in the same condition as you received it. According to the regulations, the exchanged or returned merchandise must be intact. It cannot bear any signs of use, damages, stains, traces of your pet's fur, and must contain the original branding.
