The subject of this text is the regulation of the conditions of use of the online store called "HARP TEAM" located at HARPTEAM32.COM. The regulations define the rights and obligations of the store's customers, as well as the rights, obligations, and scope of the store owner's responsibility. Each customer is required to familiarize themselves with the regulations at the time of purchase and may take further action after expressing consent and acceptance of all its provisions.
REGULATIONS

The regulations define the rules for concluding a sales contract through the website of the store operating at the address: HARPTEAM32.COM.

The owner of the Store is "Harp Team" Adam Nitzka, with its registered office in Żagań at Rzeźnicka Street 98, referred to in these regulations as the "Seller."

All products offered in the Store are brand new, free from physical and legal defects, and have been legally introduced into the Polish market.

Contact with the Store is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with the reservation that contact with the store's customer service is possible from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm at the e-mail address ORDER@HARPTEAM32.COM.

The use of the Store is possible provided that the system requirements are met.

The minimum screen resolution is 1024 x 768 pixels and an email account is required.
TERMS OF USE OF THE STORE

The store conducts the sale of products through the Internet.

Orders are placed on the HARPTEAM32.COM website.

After placing an order, the customer receives an email confirming its acceptance.

Order fulfillment takes place after the payment for the order, increased by delivery costs, is credited to the bank account.

Information provided by the customer when making purchases without registration should be true and up-to-date. In the case of providing untrue, outdated, or questionable information, the Seller will attempt to contact the customer to complete or verify it. If contact with the customer is not possible, the Store owner reserves the right to refuse to fulfill orders that raise doubts.

The customer has the right to make changes to the order until the start of its fulfillment. The customer can cancel the placed order by email at ORDER@HARPTEAM32.COM.

All prices are given in Polish zlotys and include VAT.

Upon receiving confirmation from the Seller of the order placed at the email address provided by the customer, the customer enters into a sales contract for the goods covered by the order with the Seller.

The sales contract can only be concluded by a person who is of legal age and has full legal capacity.

The photos and other forms of visualization and presentation of products presented on the Store's pages do not reflect their actual size - they are for information purposes only.
REVIEWS IN THE ONLINE STORE
1.1. The Online Store customer has the option of voluntarily and free of charge expressing an opinion on purchases made in the Online Store. The subject of the opinion may also be an evaluation, photo or review of a product purchased in the Online Store.
1.2. After purchases made in the Online Store, the Seller sends an email to the customer requesting an opinion and a link to an online form that allows them to express it - the online form allows answering the Seller's questions regarding purchases, evaluating them, adding their own review, etc.
1.3. An opinion may only be given by a Customer who has made purchases in the Seller's Online Store.
1.4. Opinions given by the Customer are published by the Seller in the Online Store and on the TrustMate.io profile.
1.5. Giving an opinion cannot be used by the Customer for unlawful actions, in particular actions that constitute unfair competition against the Seller, or actions that violate the personal rights, intellectual property rights, or other rights of the Seller or third parties.
1.6. An opinion may only be given for products actually purchased in the Seller's Online Store. It is prohibited to conclude fictitious/simulated sales contracts in order to give an opinion. The author of the opinion cannot be the Seller or its employees, regardless of the employment relationship.
1.7. The author of an opinion may delete the opinion at any time.
PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS

The price given for each product is binding at the time the order is placed by the customer.

Information on the total value of the order, including delivery costs, is displayed after the customer has selected the form of delivery.

The Seller reserves the right to change the prices of goods in the offer, introduce new goods to the Online Store's offer, carry out and cancel promotional campaigns on the Online Store's pages, or introduce changes to them. The above does not affect orders placed before the date of the price change, promotional campaign conditions or sales, which will be fulfilled on the previous terms.

Promotions in the Online Store cannot be combined unless the regulations of a particular promotion state otherwise.

- payment cards (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, Maestro)
The entity providing online payment processing services is Blue Media S.A.
Online payment security is provided by Blue Media S.A.
In the case of a need for a refund for a transaction made by a customer using a payment card, the Seller will make the refund to the bank account assigned to the ordering party's payment card.
In the case of payment by card, the delivery time counts from the moment of positive authorization.
FULFILLMENT TIME:

Fulfillment of the order means delivering the ordered goods to the customer.

The order is fulfilled only after its payment has been made.

In the case of failure to pay for the order within 5 days from the date of placing the order, the transaction will be deemed invalid and will be automatically canceled.

The fulfillment time for the order is up to 3 business days from the moment the information about the payment received for the ordered goods and the start of the order fulfillment is sent to the customer's email address provided during the order placement.

Delivery of goods ordered in the Online Store is made by courier.
COMPLAINTS (PRODUCT NON-CONFORMITY WITH CONTRACT)

The Seller is responsible to the customer, who is a consumer, for the non-conformity of the goods purchased in the Store with the sales contract within the scope specified by the Act of 27 July 2002 on specific terms and conditions of consumer sales and amending the Civil Code (Journal of Laws No. 141 of 2002, item 1176, as amended).

When submitting a complaint, the customer must provide the Seller with the advertised product along with proof of purchase and a description of the complaint. The complaint form is available upon request by the customer sent to the store's email address: contact@harpteam.32.com.

The Seller will respond to the customer's complaint within 14 (fourteen) days and inform them of the further course of action.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

The customer, who is a consumer, has the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from the day of issuing the product without giving any reason, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 2 March 2000 on the protection of certain consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product (Journal of Laws of 2000, No. 22, item 271, as amended).

Withdrawal from the contract, to be valid, requires the customer to submit a written statement of withdrawal from the contract, sent together with the goods and proof of purchase to the address: "HARP TEAM" Adam Nitzka, Przyjaciół Żołnierza 21, 68-100 Żagań.

In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the contract is considered not to have been concluded, and what the parties to the contract have provided is subject to return.

In the case of withdrawal by the consumer from the contract on the terms described above, they are obliged to return the products covered by the contract in an unchanged condition. The return should take place no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract.

The refund is made in the same form as the payment was made, or in another form agreed with the customer beforehand. The store owner refunds the money to the customer's account within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods.

The store owner has the right to reject the return of the goods if the returned product does not meet the conditions for returning the goods.
PERSONAL DATA

The Seller is the administrator of personal data.

Personal data is protected in accordance with the Act of August 29, 1997 on the Protection of Personal Data (consolidated text Journal of Laws No. 101 of 2002, item 926, as amended) in a manner that prevents access by third parties.

Customer personal data is collected with due care and properly protected against unauthorized access.

In accordance with the Act referred to in point 2 above, customers of the Store have the right to access their personal data, modify it and request its deletion.
FINAL PROVISIONS

Information about products presented on the Store's website, in particular their descriptions and prices, constitute an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of Article 71 of the Civil Code.

In matters not regulated by the regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the provisions of the Act on special conditions of consumer sales and amendments to the Civil Code (Journal of Laws No. 141 of 2002, item 1176) and the Act on consumer rights and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product (Journal of Laws No. 22 of 2000, item 271).

The Store reserves the right to change the regulations. The Seller will notify customers of any changes to the regulations by posting a relevant message on the HARPTEAM32.COM website.

Disputes between the Seller and a customer who is a consumer will be settled by the common court competent according to the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure.

In the event of a change in the regulations, orders placed before the date of the changes to the regulations will be processed on the previous terms.
